You’ve got questions. We’ve got the answers.

How soon until my frame will be ready for pickup?

We strive for a 3-4 month turn-around window to preserve, design and frame your special blooms. This is an estimated time frame and can vary based on the season. If you’d like an update on your bouquet, you can find the current status of your blooms in your Client Portal which will be shared after you drop off your blooms. I truly appreciate your patience as I give each of your flowers the time and attention to detail that they deserve.

What is the difference between a dried flower and a preserved flower?

A dried flower has been removed from water and allowed to naturally dry out. Dried flowers discolour and fade very quickly and will become crunchy and extremely brittle. You know that vase of dried flowers at your grandma’s house that you avoid at all costs? Yea - those guys. A preserved flower has been put through a preservation process at its freshest state, essentially freezing the flower in time, retaining most of its original colour and beauty. While they are still fragile, they can be bumped without shattering into potpourri.

Can you do anything with my dried bouquet from years ago?

Absolutely we can! We love taking your old, dusty, air dried bouquets and turning them into a piece of art you can display proudly in your home. We use the utmost care and retain their natural 3D shape while designing them in a shadow box so you can appreciate their antique beauty and the memories they hold in a safe and beautiful piece of art! How early should I book my preservation & framing?

We recommend booking as soon as you select your wedding or event date! We limit the number of clients we accept per date, to ensure we are able to provide the best care to each bouquet. On that note, we are always willing to work with a last minute booking so don't hesitate to reach out, we will make every accommodation we can to fit you in! Every bouquet deserves a second life.

How soon do you need my flowers after my wedding/event?

We ask for your blooms within 2-3 days of your event. The preservation process captures flowers in their current state, so we want to preserve them at their absolute best!
